THE ROLE – What's on offer?

- Salary up to $110,000 + super
- Manage a portfolio of approximately 180 properties.
- Work from home 2 days per week
- Flexible working hours – enjoy a better work/life balance.
- Dedicated VA support to take the pressure off your day-to-day workload.
- NO routine inspections
- Entry and exit inspections handled by the support team.
- All properties are local – no driving from one side of town to the other
- Predominantly apartments, making the portfolio much easier to manage.
- Spend more time focusing on landlord relationships and delivering exceptional service.
- Enjoy a streamlined Property Management role with the support you need to succeed.

ABOUT YOU

- Previous Property Management experience is essential.
- Robust communication skills and a genuine passion for customer service.
- Confident managing landlord relationships and resolving day-to-day matters.
- Organised, proactive and able to manage your workload independently.
- A positive attitude and someone who enjoys being part of a team.
