Island on Bruny Island is seeking a full time Cellar Door Supervisor to lead and motivate our team, ensuring exceptional customer experiences. You will oversee daily operations, roster weekends, and bring passion for cheese and beer to every guest interaction.

Ideal candidates will have hospitality and retail experience, strong interpersonal skills, and RSA/food handler certification. Training in cheese/beer processes may be provided.
