Our team supports multiple brands through multimedia production, interactive website development, UI/UX design, digital content creation and e-commerce solutions.

We are seeking a creative and technically skilled Multimedia Specialist to join our Melbourne team.

In this role, you will combine multimedia design, interactive web technologies and emerging AI-powered creative tools to develop engaging digital experiences across our business portfolio.

You will work closely with our design, marketing, product and development teams to deliver multimedia projects from initial concept through to development and implementation.

Key Responsibilities

1. Multimedia Design and Production

Design, develop and produce multimedia content, including digital graphics, videos, animations, motion graphics and interactive web elements.

Create and edit video content for product presentations, websites and digital campaigns.

Develop multimedia content that combines graphics, animation, video and interactive functionality to deliver engaging digital experiences.

Utilise Adobe Creative Cloud and other multimedia production tools to create and refine digital assets.

Optimise multimedia content for different devices, screen sizes and digital platforms.

Maintain consistent visual and technical standards across multimedia projects.

2. Interactive Website Development





Design and develop interactive website components, responsive layouts and multimedia features.

Integrate graphics, videos, animations and interactive components into websites and content management systems.

Develop and enhance interactive product presentations, navigation systems and other digital interfaces.

Collaborate with developers to implement design concepts and resolve technical issues.

3. UI/UX Design and Prototyping

Analyse user requirements and develop user-centred interface designs for websites and digital platforms.

Create wireframes, user flows, interactive prototypes and high-fidelity interface designs using Figma or similar tools.

Design responsive interfaces for desktop, tablet and mobile devices.

Develop engaging user experiences through interactive elements, animation and visual design.

Conduct usability testing and refine digital interfaces based on user feedback and project requirements.

Collaborate with developers to translate interface designs into functional digital experiences.

4. Multi-brand Digital Development

Develop multimedia content and interactive digital solutions for multiple brands within the business portfolio.

Adapt multimedia designs, interactive components and website layouts to meet the requirements of different brands and target audiences.





Create and maintain consistent digital experiences across brand websites and online platforms.

Collaborate with internal teams to deliver multimedia projects across different product categories and digital channels.

Support the development and implementation of multimedia content for websites, product pages, landing pages and digital campaigns.

5. E-commerce and Digital Content Integration

Develop and integrate multimedia content into Shopify and other e-commerce platforms.

Design and implement interactive product displays, promotional content and multimedia components for online stores.

Create digital assets that enhance product presentation and the online shopping experience.

Optimise graphics, video and interactive elements for website performance and usability.

Collaborate with marketing and product teams to implement digital content and website enhancements.

6. AI-Assisted Multimedia Production

Utilise AI-assisted creative tools to support the production of digital graphics, video, animation and multimedia content.

Explore emerging AI technologies to improve multimedia production workflows and creative efficiency.

Integrate AI-generated assets into digital projects while maintaining visual consistency, brand identity and quality standards.

Evaluate AI-powered design and multimedia tools for use in digital content production across multiple brands.

Combine traditional multimedia production techniques with AI-assisted workflows to develop engaging digital experiences.
