West Moreton Health is seeking a Senior Social Worker to provide high-level clinical leadership and evidence-based social work services within the West Moreton Health region, including Ipswich and Boonah facilities. You will operate as the sole Social Worker in a multidisciplinary team, guiding psychosocial care for consumers, families and carers.

The role requires after-hours availability 7 days a week and on-call rostering to respond to clinical emergencies across Ipswich Hospital and rural
