The Coffee Club Gladstone is hiring a Café Manager to lead the grand opening of a brand-current café. You will shape the team, culture and customer experience from day one, guided by Brisbane-based supports and one of Australia’s best‑known café brands.

You’ll recruit, train and manage staff, drive community connections and establish the café as a local favourite, with a competitive base salary and profit‑share incentives.
