- Clearlyexplaintherequestedserviceontherepairorder.
- Estimatethecostandtimeneededtodotherepair.
- Advisecustomer’sonthepropercarefortheirvehicleandtheimportanceofpropermaintenance.
- Communicatetheneedforadditionalservicewhenneeded,usingadetailedexplanation.
- HandlecustomercomplaintsandmaintainhighCSI.
- Checkontheprogressofthevehicleduringservicingandcontactthecustomerregardingchangestoestimateor
- timetableforrepairs.
