We’re looking for a Dental Receptionist with some Dental Assisting experience to join our team

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys being the friendly face of the practice but also likes getting involved behind the scenes in the surgery. One minute you could be welcoming a patient at reception, and the next you could be assisting the dentist - so if you like a role where every day is a little different, this could be for you

You'll play an important role in both our front-of-house and clinical teams, including:

- Welcoming patients and creating a warm, friendly experience
- Managing appointments, phone calls and patient enquiries
- Handling payments and general reception administration
- Preparing and setting up treatment rooms
- Cleaning, sterilising and maintaining clinical areas
- Supporting the team to keep the practice running smoothly
- Helping patients feel comfortable and well looked after
- Jumping in wherever you're needed -we're a team

We're looking for someone who is positive, reliable and enjoys working with people.

Ideally, you'll have:





- Great communication and customer service skills
- A friendly and approachable personality
- The ability to stay organised in a busy environment
- A willingness to learn and help wherever needed
- A genuine interest in creating a outstanding patient experience
