Tip Top Bakeries is seeking a commercially minded Category Manager in Sydney to lead category growth across Bakery Snacks, Bun & Roll and International portfolios. You will influence retailer strategy, shape conversations and turn shopper insights into actions that drive growth for customers and the business.

You will partner with Sales, Marketing, Insights and retail partners to identify opportunities, deliver commercial recommendations and drive category performance.
