Law Staff is seeking an Associate or Senior Associate with 3+ years’ PAE in Corporate & Commercial law to join its Corporate & Commercial team in Brisbane. You will work closely with two Partners across a broad range of transactional and advisory matters, including M&A;, governance, commercial contracts and capital raising, while mentoring junior lawyers.
Ideal candidates will have solid client relationship skills, an ownership mindset, and the ability to collaborate with Partners and the team
