The Excellent Southern Hotel Sydney is seeking a Guest Service Agent to join our Front Office team in a casual capacity. You will manage smooth check-ins and check-outs, and deliver prompt service while handling guest requests and coordinating with hotel departments.
We value a warm, well-presented approach, strong communication, and the ability to work under pressure. Flexible AM/PM shifts on a rotating roster (including Public Holidays) are required.
