Redpath Mining Inc. offers an 18-month HR Graduate Program designed to provide practical, hands-on experience across the full employee lifecycle within our mining operations.
You will rotate through Human Resources, Recruitment/Talent Acquisition and Payroll, working with experienced professionals and supporting analytics, training and workplace compliance. This program builds capability through real responsibilities, site visits (including underground exposure) and a transparent path to an HR Advisor
