At Cirql, we partner with middle-market organisations experiencing change and growth. This opportunity is part of a significant workforce transformation within a large, complex organisation investing in its systems, processes and technology to support its future needs. The organisation is undertaking a major Workforce Management (WFM) implementation, introducing UKG across a workforce of more than 10,000 employees. With rostering, workforce planning and operational requirements at the centre of the transformation, this is a substantial project that will influence how the business manages its people and day-to-day operations.
The scale and complexity of the implementation mean that strong project coordination is critical. With multiple workstreams, competing priorities and a significant delivery agenda, the team needs someone who can bring structure, maintain momentum and ensure the moving parts stay connected. This is a fast-paced environment where things move quickly, priorities can change and the ability to stay ahead of the details makes a genuine difference. It's an chance to work closely with the Program Manager, contribute to a high-profile transformation and play an important role in keeping delivery on track.
The Opportunity
Reporting directly to the Program Manager, the Project Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the delivery of a large-scale WFM transformation, coordinating project schedules, tracking financials and ensuring actions, milestones and dependencies are progressing as planned. This is not a role for someone who simply updates spreadsheets and waits for instructions. We're looking for a proactive, organised project coordinator who can keep pace with a busy delivery environment,
anticipate what's coming next and follow through to make sure things get done.
You'll work across project planning, scheduling, financial tracking, reporting and stakeholder coordination, helping the Program Manager maintain visibility of progress, manage competing priorities and keep the broader project moving forward. You'll need to be comfortable working with multiple stakeholders, chasing actions, identifying potential delays and bringing attention to issues before they become bigger problems.Given the nature of the implementation, an understanding of workforce management and rostering will be valuable. You'll appreciate the operational complexity behind workforce scheduling and the importance of getting the systems, processes and implementation right for a workforce of more than 10,000 employees.
Experience using MS Project will be highly regarded, particularly when it comes to maintaining project plans, managing dependencies and tracking milestones. Familiarity with DevOps environments or similar will also be advantageous. This opportunity will suit someone who enjoys being close to delivery, thrives in a fast-moving environment and takes genuine ownership of keeping projects organised, coordinated and moving at pace.

Coordinate project meetings, workshops and stakeholder sessions, ensuring agendas, actions, decisions and follow-ups are managed effectively.
Track deliverables, risks, issues and dependencies across workstreams, proactively identifying potential delays and supporting timely resolution.

Use project management tools and systems to improve visibility, accountability and coordination across the project.
