The Salvation Army is seeking a compassionate Case Manager to support residents experiencing homelessness at The Open Door and Flagstaff facilities in Flagstaff, VIC. You will provide trauma-informed, strengths-based assistance, building tailored plans and coordinating services to help clients secure housing and independence.

Reporting to the Team Leader, this fixed-term full time role runs until October 2027, with compensation under SCHADS Award Level 5 and hourly rates of $53.43–$55.85 plus
