Australian Venue Co. is seeking an experienced Head Chef to lead the Runaway Bay Tavern kitchen on the Gold Coast. You will manage day-to-day operations, train the team, and ensure top quality food and service in a busy pub setting.
You will oversee labour and food cost control, maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety, and drive a positive team culture. This is a hands-on leadership role with opportunities for growth opportunities across AVC venues.
