Wellways Australia Limited is establishing a current statewide mental health service in Tasmania and seeks a Service Integration Coordinator to build connections across health, community services and Tasmanian partners. You’ll map services, develop referral pathways and support community engagement to deliver a cohesive, no-wrong-door system.

You’ll work with a multidisciplinary team across Northern and Northwest Tasmania, travel as needed and contribute to reporting and resource development, while
