Emerald Star Hotel on the Gold Coast is seeking a hands-on Assistant Manager to own the floor across pub, bistro, gaming, and lodging areas. Bring energy, a smile, and a track record of leading hospitality teams.

You’ll support the Publican, supervise shifts, and learn Publican duties while guiding a crew of hospitality legends. RSA/RSG, RMLV and Approved Managers Licence required; previous supervisory experience valuable.
