Heidi is seeking a Solutions Engineer to unlock and accelerate enterprise deals by serving as the primary technical contact through the sales cycle and expansion opportunities. You will work with Account Executives, Product, and Engineering on EMR integrations, security architectures, and custom clinical workflows.

You’ll lead technical discovery, design tailored solutions, and deliver demos to IT and security teams, while supporting RFPs and post-sale handoffs.
