Located in the beautiful hinterland and just 20 minutes from Strathpine, Peppers Clear Mountain provides a unique working environment with spectacular views and a strong focus on quality hospitality and exceptional guest service.

What we are looking for in our reception team:

A driven problem solver with a creative approach to delivering the ultimate guest experience

Someone with a genuine personable service style that always blows our guests away

Someone with hotel or resort front office experience in reception and/or reservations

A positive, enthusiastic attitude and the ability to work a flexible 7-day roster

Experience in property management system,



Opera preferrable

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Have a professional work ethic, be well presented, self-motivated, take initiative and be responsible for your decision making

Previous knowledge of Accor hotel systems (TARS) would be highly regarded
