Clean Green Strata Facilities Management (CGSFM) is seeking an experienced Building Manager for Erina, NSW. The role is part time (26 hours per week) reporting to the FM Director and focuses on delivering maintenance, safety, and excellent resident service for residential strata properties.

You will oversee building systems and capital works, coordinate contractors, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with WHS and strata regulations while maintaining high standards of appearance and service
