Support Mates Pty Ltd on the Gold Coast is seeking an Operations & Support Coordinator for a 12-month parental leave contract. The role combines frontline disability support with practical operational coordination in a 38-hour-per-week hybrid schedule.

The successful candidate will stay connected to our Mates while coordinating day-to-day operations across families, support workers, onboarding, rostering and service follow-through, ensuring timely actions and robust relationships.
