Northeast Health Wangaratta (NHW) is recruiting a Community Care Intake Advisor to support timely responses to referrals for NHW community clinics and services. The role is part-time, 6 months fixed term, 48 hours per fortnight, and requires solid organisation and communication with clinical teams.
You will be part of the Community Care Intake team, applying eligibility guidelines and assisting with clinical prioritisation to ensure timely access to care for the region.
