Key Responsibilities

- Carry out general property maintenance and repairs

- Assist with domestic and commercial property upgrades

- Support larger construction and improvement projects

- Complete installation,



assembly and modification tasks

- Safely operate power tools, including drills and impact drivers

- Use hand tools for measuring, fitting and general repairs

- Perform general construction and skilled labouring duties

- Work collaboratively with the team to complete projects efficiently

- Maintain protected working practices and high-quality workmanship

About You

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

- Previous experience in handyman work, property maintenance, construction or skilled labouring

- Confidence using power tools, drills, impact drivers and hand tools

- Strong practical skills and a problem-solving mindset

- Ability to complete a variety of hands-on tasks

- Reliability, punctuality and a strong work ethic

- Good communication and teamwork skills

- Attention to detail and pride in your workmanship

- Commitment to workplace health and safety

A formal trade qualification is not essential. We value practical experience, reliability and a willingness to get the job done.
