About the role
Retail Team Leader’s demonstrate their emerging leadership abilities, particularly in creating appealing & stimulating shopping experiences for Repco customers & sharing that knowledge with their team. It’s a perfect opportunity to showcase exceptional merchandising & presentation skills. Other expectations include:
* Always display & enforce a safety culture to ensure your safety, and that of your teammates & customers




* Prior experience working in large format retail stores, focusing on displays, planograms & promotions
* Multitasking & prioritisation skills
* Leadership abilities (emerging or established) & ambition
* Availability to work Tuesday to Saturday, or as discussed with Manager
* Possess a valid driver's licence (manual preferred) to assist with deliveries from time-to-time
* Passion for the automotive industry & Repco products (ideal)
* Roll up your sleeves to receive, dispatch, and put away stock.*(This is a hands‐on role that involves lifting, bending, and climbing as part of your day) Energetic with a friendly personality & a positive attitude No Automotive experience?
