Uniting NSW.ACT in Western Sydney invites a skilled physiotherapist to join our Allied Health team delivering in-home services. You will assess clients in their own homes, design practical, person-centred mobility plans and monitor progress to improve independence and quality of life.
We value compassionate, autonomous care supported by a team-oriented team and flexible work arrangements. AHPRA registration and a NSW Physiotherapy Board licence are required, along with a valid Driver's licence
