As we continue to grow our national portfolio, we are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Leasing Administrator to join our team on a 6-month fixed-term contract.

The Opportunity

Based at Assemble, Brunswick, you will play a key role in supporting the successful lease-up and ongoing occupancy of our Build-to-Rent community.
Working closely with the Leasing Manager and Leasing Agents, you will assist prospective residents throughout their leasing journey, from enquiry through to move-in, while ensuring an exceptional customer experience at every touchpoint.

Key Responsibilities

- Support the Leasing Manager and Leasing Agents in delivering leasing strategies and occupancy targets.
- Manage enquiries and proactively follow up leads via phone, email and CRM platforms.
- Guide prospective residents through the application process and eligibility requirements.
- Conduct apartment inspections, viewings and community tours.
- Maintain accurate records and pipeline activity within the CRM system.
- Assist with lease preparation,



administration and resident onboarding.
- Support lease renewals and resident retention initiatives.
- Ensure property listings, pricing and advertising content remain current and accurate.
- Assist in the delivery of affordable housing and Reduced Rent programs.
- Collaborate with operational and property teams to ensure apartments and display areas are presentation ready.
- Prepare leasing reports and contribute to occupancy and conversion performance tracking.
- Provide exceptional customer service while promoting the benefits of Build-to-Rent living.
