Glen Eira City Council is seeking a Swim School Performance & Capability Officer in Bentleigh East, VIC. The role focuses on developing and coaching Swim School staff to build a high‑performing team and exceptional customer experiences.

You will coordinate training, onboarding, mentoring and development programs, working closely with Swim Teachers, Shift Supervisors and leaders. This is a part‑time chance located at one of Melbourne's leading Swim School programs.
