We are currently seeking qualified and unqualified, reliable and caringSupport Workersto support our aged care clients in their homes acrossNorth Brisbane suburbs.

Employment:Permanent Part-Time
Locations:North Lakes, Kippa-Ring, Warner, Rothwell, Lawnton, Kallangur and surrounding northern Brisbane suburbs
Hours:We are currently seeking candidatesavailable for 15 to 20 hours per week
Availability:Youmustbe available minimum 3 week days.
Shifts:Typically,1–3 hours per client, withtravelbetweenmultiple clientsthroughout the day
Renumeration: Level 2 $34.42ph (unqualified) &Level; 3 $36.23ph (qualified)+ Super + NFP Salary Packaging up to $18,550 + Paid travel time + Kilometers reimbursement + Paid training + EAP.
Shift Type:60% or more of your shifts will involveDomestic Assistance, along withSocial Support and Personal Care (qualified only), supporting Aged Care clients

Your responsibilities:

- Provide domestic assistance, including cleaning, laundry and meal preparation
- Providingpersonal careand supporting clients with daily routines




- Offeringsocial and recreational support, from friendly conversations toaccompanyingclients on community outings
- Transportingclients safely toappointments or social activitiesusing your own vehicle
- Running errands and providinggeneral supportto enhance clients’ quality of life

About you:

- Certificate IIIor higherin Individual Support, Community Services or a related field, or have experience in support work, cleaning, hospitality or similar roles
- A genuinepassionforsupporting peopleto live independently, with solid communication and interpersonal skills
- Caring, reliable and respectful, with the ability towork independentlyand as part of ateam
- Confidentdrivingand willing to travel to suburbs within the Brisbane North area
- Confident in supporting clients living with dementia

Essentialto have:

- Australian Working Rights
- Current Australian Driver Licence –Open or Green P Plates.
- CurrentQueenslandmotor vehicleregistration, access to a reliable,insuredroadworthyvehicle

Willing to obtain:

- Working with Children Check(Blue Card) andNDIS Worker Screening Check
- National Police Check
- First Aid and CPR
