Life-Space Group is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to provide practical, commercially focused People & Culture support across the organisation. This 13‑month fixed-term role reports to the Corporate Services Director and is based in office four days per week with one day remote.
You will lead recruitment, employee relations, performance management, remuneration cycles, workforce planning and wellbeing initiatives, while maintaining HR governance and driving continuous improvement
