LifeFlight Australia is seeking Aeromedical Coordination Specialists to join our Brisbane CBD team. You’ll coordinate deployment of fixed and rotary wing aircraft, liaising with healthcare providers and internal teams to deliver missions safely and efficiently.

You’ll work a rotating 12‑hour shift pattern: two day shifts, two night shifts, followed by four days off; a rapid-paced, high-pressure environment where clear communication and calm under pressure are essential.
