What we are looking for:

We are seeking a highly motivated IT Senior Project Managerwith strong Dayforce (HCM) implementation experience to lead and delivercomplex, multi-faceted projects across HR, payroll, and workforce managementsystems. This role requires a hands-on leader who is not only capable ofdirecting but also willing to roll up their sleeves and action tasks as needed.

Projects will primarily include Dayforce implementations,HRIS transformations, and related integrations, alongside broaderinfrastructure and application initiatives.

Responsibilities:

· End-to-End Project Management: Oversee all phases of ITprojects from initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.

· Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with HR, payroll,finance teams, clients, and external vendors to ensure transparent communication andalignment on project goals.

· Risk & Issue Management: Identify, assess, andmitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.

· Budget & Resource Management: Ensure optimalallocation of resources and budget control across multiple projects.

· Compliance & Governance: Ensure adherence to payrollregulations,



HR compliance requirements, and IT governance frameworks.

· Change Management: Drive business and technical changeinitiatives, particularly across HR and payroll functions, ensuring minimaldisruption to operations.

· Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate projectdocumentation, reports, and presentations for stakeholders and seniormanagement.

Qualification and Experience:

· Experience: Minimum of 10 years in IT Project Managementwith hands-on experience delivering Dayforce (HCM) implementations, HRIS, orpayroll system projects.

· Dayforce Expertise: Proven experience in Dayforce modulessuch as Payroll, Workforce Management, Time & Attendance, and HR, includingend-to-end implementation or major enhancements.

· Project Methodologies: Strong knowledge of Agile,Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery methodologies.

· Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certificationspreferred.

· Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with SaaS platforms,cloud-based HCM systems, APIs, and integration technologies.

· Leadership: Ability to lead cross-functional teamsincluding HR, payroll, IT, and external vendors.

· Communication: Excellent verbal and written communicationskills, with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders.

· Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and critical thinkingskills, with the ability to resolve complex project issues.

Preferred Qualifications:

· Experience managing Dayforce vendors/partners andimplementation partners.

· Prior experience in multi-country payroll or HRtransformation projects.

· Familiarity with ITIL frameworks.
