The Missing Link is seeking a proactive Service Delivery Coordinator to join its GSOC team in a dynamic, hybrid role. You will be the key contact between clients, internal teams and partners, driving service excellence and operational efficiency.
You will coordinate incidents, changes, produce monthly reports, and support improvements across the security services. A robust communicator with ITIL knowledge and 2–3+ years’ experience will thrive in our fast-paced, collaborative environment.
