Job Description
About tonies: tonies® is a fast-growing global children's audio entertainment brand, transforming how kids experience stories, music and learning. We operate with a start-up mindset: you will be expected to work autonomously, exercise strong technical judgement, and take genuine ownership of your responsibilities. This is a role for someone who thrives without handholding, wants to make a visible impact, and is ready to grow beyond compliance into true business partnering.

- Conduct variance analysis against budget and prior periods, providing clear and concise written commentary.
- Support statutory reporting requirements and assist with audit deliverables.
- Ensure all reporting meets group deadlines and standards with minimal review required.
Finance Projects & Continuous Improvement
- Actively participate in finance-led projects including systems improvements, process automation, and policy development.
- Identify opportunities to enhance reporting quality, efficiency, and controls.
- Support ad hoc analysis and business cases as required by the Senior Finance Manager.

- Exposure to listed company or multi-entity group structures is advantageous.
Skills & Attributes
- High attention to detail with a strong commitment to accuracy and integrity.
- Self-motivated and capable of managing your own workload with minimal supervision.
