You will engage hospitals, academic institutions, and healthcare leaders across Australia and Recent Zealand to maximise value from UpToDate, LexiDrug, Expert AI, and other clinical solutions.

Reporting to the APAC Customer Success Manager, you will lead onboarding, drive product adoption, support retention, and coordinate with Sales and Solutions teams to tailor success plans
