We are a small, close-knit business that truly values human relationships, and we’re looking for a energetic and proactive Export Trader to join our team. This all-rounder role involves purchasing activities alongside handling all administrative paperwork, as well as a variety of other warehouse tasks. The ideal candidate will be a strong team player, capable of multitasking while staying well organised.

Key Responsibilities:

Purchasing activities, including supplier coordination and order follow-up

Coordinate logistics operations, including scheduling and shipment tracking

Collaborate with suppliers and internal departments to maintain smooth operations

Assist with warehouse duties as required

Handle additional administrative and operational tasks as needed

Key Requirements:

Previous experience in purchasing, or freight forwarding

Strong administrative,



organisational, and multitasking skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

A proactive team player with strong communication skills

Must be a permanent resident of Australia or an Australian citizen
