Crown Resorts Limited, at Crown Perth, is seeking an experienced Sous Chef to help lead our high-volume In-Room Dining kitchen, catering to hotel guests around the clock. You will work closely with the Chef de Cuisine to oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring quality, consistency and service excellence in a busy, five-star workplace.

You will mentor and develop a kitchen team across multiple shifts, manage rostering, labour, stock control and planning, and drive safety, compliance and guest
