RACV City Club is seeking an experienced Chief Steward to lead the stewarding team and support operations across our kitchen. You will develop Kitchen Attendants, oversee rostering, stock, equipment and cost control while maintaining high hygiene standards.

Collaborate with the kitchen brigade and other departments to ensure guests consistently receive a high standard of service and a positive working setting in a 7‑day operation.
