South West Rocks Family Dental Surgery is seeking a Receptionist to join our team 4 days per week. The role emphasizes delivering an excellent patient experience and being the first point of contact for patients in person and by phone.
You will handle appointment scheduling, patient flow, accounts and recall systems, while supporting and guiding the front‑of‑house team. Training is provided and you will work with Dr David and Juanita Keir to improve practice systems.
