Illusions Lingerie is looking for a skilled and compassionate Bra Fitter to join our close-knit, family-run team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a customer-focused retail environment and understands that a great fit isn't just about measurements - it's about listening, trust, and comfort. You'll be fitting a diverse range of customers - many of which travel across the state for our fittings - including everyday bra fittings, sports bras, plus size, maternity, first bras, shapewear, and gender-affirming fittings.

Key responsibilities

Welcome customers warmly and help them feel comfortable from the moment they arrive

Provide expert, respectful bra fittings across our full range of products

Complete sales on a POS system

Unbox, price, and hang current stock

Maintain general cleaning of the store

About you

Previous bra fitting experience required

Must be able to work Saturdays

Strong customer service skills with an ability to build genuine rapport





Confidence discussing fit, comfort, and providing customer focused solutions

Ability to work in a small team

Must have Australian work rights
