- Oversee multiple electrical projects concurrently, balancing technical rigor, programme delivery, and client expectations to achieve successful outcomes.
- Collaborate closely with multi‑disciplinary teams to integrate electrical systems seamlessly into broader building services, offering technical insight on lighting, power distribution, fire and life safety, and low‑voltage systems.
- Mentor and support junior and mid‑level engineers, fostering technical excellence, innovative thinking, and professional development across the team.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine passion for mentoring, developing, and supporting engineers at earlier stages of their careers.
Due to the nature of the projects, Australian Citizenship is preferred, with prior defence clearance highly regarded.
