As a core member of the CFS Legal Entity Governance & Oversight team, you will assist the business in developing and executing its Operational Control and Legal Entity Oversight management framework. You will work closely with local business leaders, representative of Citco legal entities. As a first line you will also work closely with second- and third-line stakeholders and you will need to identify, assess and propose mitigating actions in close collaboration with the respective stakeholders across CFS and where applicable Group functions.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Partnerships & Risk Management:
- Proactively develop and nurture strategic relationships with the CFS Team, local entity CFS SPV business leads, Group Compliance, Group Risk teams, and key stakeholders (OCM, legal, finance)
- Lead / participate in risk identification and mitigation strategies for Operational and Legal Entity Risks within SPV servicing locations
- Successfully implement strategic initiatives across legal entities' operations

Governance & Compliance Leadership:
- Provide expert guidance on Legal Entity Governance, Operational Control, Compliance, and Oversight matters in a fast-paced regulatory workplace
- Design and implement robust control frameworks for critical processes including:
- AML and transaction monitoring
- Data integrity and quality assurance
- DAC6 and UBO registration
- FATCA/CRS compliance
- Regulatory oversight
- Corporate governance
- Outsourcing management
Quality Assurance & Process Enhancement:
- Spearhead the development and testing of key controls, ensuring proactive risk identification and management
- Conduct thorough reviews of policies, procedures, and work instructions to ensure clarity, effectiveness, and practical applicability
- Drive continuous improvement in documentation quality and operational efficiency
Knowledge Management & Training:
- Design and deliver comprehensive training programs on Legal Entity Governance framework, policies, and regulatory changes
- Ensure effective knowledge transfer across CFS "SPV" servicing locations
