The Bays Healthcare Group is seeking an experienced Associate Maternity Unit Manager to lead and support a dedicated team in Mornington. You will oversee midwives and nurses, coordinate care and drive clinical excellence while ensuring patient-centred care and a respectful setting.
Reporting to the Maternity Unit Manager, you will mentor staff, manage resources, participate in KPI achievement and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within a 7-day rotating roster.
