Belgravia Outdoor Education invites a motivated People & Culture Coordinator to join us on a fixed-term maternity leave contract in Mitcham, VIC. You will lead day-to-day administration, onboarding, employment documentation and work health and safety records, while partnering with the Finance Manager.
This standalone role offers hands-on experience, learning opportunities and the chance to grow into broader People & Culture responsibilities, with in office support and limited remote flexibility
