Novotel Sydney is seeking a skilled chef to join Birdie Bar & Brasserie. You will prepare and cook a variety of dishes to our kitchen standards, maintaining speed and quality during busy service.
You'll lead by example, train apprentices, collaborate with Head Chef, and ensure food safety, stock control, and exceptional guest experiences across a rotating roster including mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays.
