Our team is growing and we are currently seeking experienced Service Representatives to be based in Melbourne where you will play a hands‑on role to perform a variety of field service tasks in support of a diverse range of expanding Customer assets.

With a focus on Cooling, you will enjoy a rewarding new career chance as you support an expanding Customer portfolio across growing markets that are calling for our expertise. Minimising downtime and maximising reliability, you will enjoy high-quality training, the support of your team, engaged management as well as ongoing development that supports your career ambitions as we harness technology to make an Impact.

This exciting recent career opportunity will see you:

- Completing a variety of field service tasks across the Melbourne area and broader VIC region
- Collaborating with other technical team members in the effective coordination and execution of complex; installations, preventative maintenance, repairs and other ad-hoc tasks
- Commissioning, site testing, system upgrades and ad-hoc troubleshooting
- Providing technical support and specialist advice to a broad Customer base
- Acting as a role model in relation to relevant HS&E; requirements and adhere to other internal processes
- Documenting service activities, maintenance reports, repair logs and inventory management
- Identifying new opportunities to expand service offerings that focus on Customer requirements





Our ideal candidate will possess:

- Certificate III Airconditioning and Refrigeration
- Current Drivers License (we supply a Tool of Trade Vehicle)
- Previous experience in a similar Field Service or Maintenance position
- Proven ability to collaborate with various teams and work autonomously when required
- A technical aptitude and a digital mindset that is engaged in new technologies
- Well-developed interpersonal skills and a natural problem-solver / trouble-shooter
- Demonstrated commitment to all things HS&E; and confident in identifying risks
- Those with Electrical Licence or Refrigeration Handling Licence will be viewed favourably
