Trippas White Group in Sydney is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to deliver end-to-end people support across a quick-paced hospitality environment. You will partner with leaders to implement practical, compliant HR solutions that drive performance and engagement.

Reporting to the Executive General Manager - People and Culture, you will manage onboarding, performance processes, investigations, injury management, and workforce planning while upholding Fair Work and WHS obligations.
