Guzman y Gomez Mexican Kitchen is seeking a Help Centre Coordinator based in Surry Hills, Sydney. You’ll be the first point of contact for restaurant teams and franchisees across Australia, resolving supply chain and operational enquiries via Zendesk and collaborating with Area Managers and suppliers to keep operations smooth.

The role involves supporting recent openings, refurbishments and trading hours changes, with a rotating Friday–Tuesday roster and Mondays/Tuesdays off.
