CareSuper Pty Ltd invites an Analytics and Data Lead to shape the Member Experience analytics strategy. This hands-on leadership role reports to Strategy Planning and Insights Manager and turns data into explicit insights to inform strategy, performance and decision-making.

You'll lead analytics, reporting and dashboards across the division, partner with senior stakeholders, establish metrics, and drive data governance and quality across outputs. Hybrid work available.
