The Younity School in Queensland is seeking an Education Lead to head our Education Support Officers and shape the ESO role within our independent middle school. This non-teaching position works with the Head of School on whole-school planning and ensures the ESO team provides consistent, high-quality support in every classroom.
You will manage daily ESO systems, including medication procedures, duty rosters, student adjustments, and the rollout of a reading intervention program.
