Colac Otway Shire Council in Victoria is seeking a proactive Property Officer for a six-month fixed-term, either full-time or part-time. You will manage leases, licences and property records, advise on property matters and support acquisitions while engaging tenants and agencies.

The role requires knowledge of property legislation, strong negotiation skills and organised, independent work; salary is pro rata with CSO benefits and a collaborative team workplace.
