About the role

DOMU inspectors complete pre-purchase and pre-settlement inspections for homes and investment properties. Using our digital reporting system and guided templates, you’ll assess the property’s overall condition, noting structure, maintenance issues, and visible defects.

Each inspection takes about 30 minutes (+ 10-15 minutes upload time). You’ll drive to the property, take clear photos from multiple angles, record a short walk-through video on your mobile phone, then upload your notes and media through our platform. No tools, trade work, or repairs are required.

You’re the objective set of eyes helping buyers and investors make confident decisions before settlement. DOMU handles the bookings, templates, and admin so you can focus on delivering accurate, high-quality reports.
